WebResourceCentral was founded by Steven von Kohorn in 2008 as an information service for newbies and experienced internet marketers alike. Steven is a serial entpreneur and has been focused on web related activities for over ten years. He conceived and founded Regional Media Networks which built and runs Australia’s largest regional portal and social media network which connects millions of people in every regional community in the country and won the 2008 Business Enterprise award. He then turned his attention to the burgeoning mobile media market in 2009 and commenced design of the world's most innovative mobile media platform which is now complete and primed for launch in India, USA and Asia.

Steven founded WebResourceCentral with the vision of creating ‘one place for everything’ on the internet. A training and education centre, a wiki for all things internet, a one-stop supermarket for internet tools and services as well as a forum for people to share their knowledge and experiences.

Steven's friend and his business partner in the web development company, WRC Technologies, Partha Sen, agreed to join him and take up the challenge of making WebResourceCentral ‘One Place for Everything!”
